This class has been in the works for a few semesters, drawing straight from my Impact Family Farm days and my own love of plants, flowers, and herbs. Kiddos explore the herbs, spices, and blossoms that have filled kitchens and gardens across every culture in history, making their own teas, salves, food, and more — recipes I’ve made with my own kids, who loved every bit of it. It’s sensory, it’s hands-on, and for some kids, it turns into a genuine passion.
